A few tidbits of training sessions in March and February 2011.For my training partner (bodyweight = 85kg):Squat 120 x 2Squat 100 x 1For me (bodyweight = 75kg):Squat 150 x 10Weighted Dip Bodyweight + 45 x 5Weighted Dip Bodyweight + 20 x a few reps (I uploaded this part mostly out of vanity)
