United Parcel Service UPS Ground means HIT THE GROUND RUNNING with your package! No matter if the package, as in this case, consists of stacked cartons that now have crumpled corners. To make his mark, this driver also drags a couple of packages on the rough concrete sidewalk and up 14 stairs to the front porch. Nice touch! I'm sure his fellow UPS drivers and other package abuse experts would give this guy a 10 out of 10 for bouncing and dragging packages, two at a time! How to test the strength of your packaging? Ship UPS Ground! Don't worry, it's insured! Better packaging from the sender ULINE would be necessary to guard against crumpled corners and edges when shipped by UPS.

  • Ok, you're mad about how the UPS driver treated your shipment, so you switch to a company (FedEx) that treats the shipments WORSE? Good logic there!

  • @TinyTuba822 I have had more problems with UPS than with FedEx. But that's just my experience. I would love to see an objective analysis comparing the two?

  • Wow, people defending the UPS guy for doing a shitty job? Will you say the same when your packages are damaged?

  • @claygriffith01 It's a hard job, but I believe drivers need to hear from customers, and vise versa.

  • Looks like poor shipping by ULINE. If this was the package, I would say Do you want the box or whats in it. But since the box is the box, It's a poor shipper. Not the carrier.

  • @stinkydroolface You're right about that! I have conceded in previous comments to this perspective. I have also changed my arrangements with ULINE, as well.

  • @raymuser stress and be a people person. Again sorry for the language on my earlier post, I don't want to give the company a bad name by having one of their drivers cursing at people online, not my intention. Have a pleasant day!

  • @raymuser You are very welcome. I'm sorry about my language on my post, it just angers me to see people slamming a guy who has a rough day at work everyday, for something so miniscule. Especially, since I know what it's like to do that job. It is by far the most stressfull job I have ever had, people don't understand what goes into getting that job done. I have done construction and many other jobs, this one is by far harder. It requires alot of mental strength and ability to handle

  • @thatsfornoobs Haaa
