Jubril! Yeah, I had the same reaction of unbridled enthusiasm when I researched how Zappos got so big. What impressed me beyond words was the fact that their workers are trained to recommend other stores if the customer has a problem with selection or price. That really twisted my head around. But then I thought about it. If the other shoe outlet gives a crappy experience for a lower price, then the customer won't feel good about it, and then go BACK to Zappos. Brilliant strategy.
