The 2010 VIM Medical Mission to the Ngobe People in Chiriqui Panama. A team of nurses, doctors, an oral surgeon and lay volunteers provided badly needed medical and dental care to 800 Ngobe children, women and men during the first week of August 2010. The team encountered patients with diseases ranging from bronchitis to intestinal parasites and saw the results of patients treated by curanderos.
The team operated under the auspices of the United Methodist Church.
