@prettydimondrose I'm a middle school cheerleader and we did that stunt at our competition but we figured out it was illegal but HS has different rules then MS. Hoped this helped just a little.

@kimberlyp07 illegal for high school ... If the flip over was done at ground level and the flyer maintained continuos contact with a base on the ground it would be legal ... But the bases hands she's holding is also a flyer ... And the triple high thigh stand is also illegal

@prettydimondrose you'd have to check with your state's rules. For the high school level different states have different rules.

I thought they did a great job. All it needed was a little cleaning up with transitions (I hate flailing arms) and a little more enegy. But for all we know this could have been a performance for parents and friends in prep for a competition. Bravo.
