The rosary is a combination of two kinds of prayer, usually called "vocal" and "mental." The "mysteries" of the rosary are key events in the lives of Jesus and Mary But these events did not touch only the lives of Jesus and Mary. They touch our lives, too; they have meaning for us today. It's been said the rosary is a 'place' and I agree with that. If I'm praying as I should and I'm not distracted, I get a sense of being in a place while praying the rosary, seeing myself right there in the mystery's and then I try to apply them to my life. Sometimes it's about perseverance but I can say with conviction, the rosary can change your life.

  • @stevesilvia, I ask you this. If I have never been baptised and about to die and surrender my life to Jesus, will I still go to hell because I missed BAPTISM?

  • @nobolistic like I said before, salvation belongs to God alone, who is the only one who knows our hearts.... It's not up to what I think, decide, understand or how I judge others if they lived according to the bible. We also believe in the baptism of desire, in which some may at the last moment of life, ask as the theif on the cross said, "remember me..."

  • @stevesilvia, the thief at the right hand side of Jesus DID NOT need baptism but was SAVED. I hope it answers your question!

  • @nobolistic how do you know he wasn't baptised? The early Christians wrote in the Nicene Creed (A.D. 381), "We believe in one baptism for the forgiveness of sins." John 3:5 says "Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit." We believe you can also be baptised by "baptism of desire", that is, an explicit or even implicit desire for baptism.

  • @stevesilvia, do you want me to stay on the subject? That's good! Where is your source of the rosary? Why don't you preach to people about Jesus? Why don't you tell people to surrender to Jesus instead of telling them the rosary can change their lives? Who changes life: Jesus or Rosary?

  • @nobolistic you still have not answered my question yet, baptism is a sacrament....are you saying we don't need baptism?

  • 'in the end, my immaculate heart will triumph'. Virgin mother

  • Amen

  • @bradleesargent, Acts 16:4 didn't tell me anything about Rosary citation! Either the verses u gave me! Romans1:20 does not tell us Mary reveals God invisible qualities to us, so what's your point? A verse from the Bible to say Mary reveals Jesus to us will make me a Catholic right now!
