Palm Coast is one of the largest growing and safest communities in Florida. There are homes like posted from 70 grand all the way up... There are things in Palm Coast that small communities don't have and what is great like other Cities in Florida like Deltona, FL that has it's own FD but not PD just like PC, there are no gang problems being reported like there are in Deltona... Given the choice I would move to PC and feel very comfortable... The school system is much better..

there are 3 and 4 million dollar homes in palmcoast,just for the record,but you can by a house for as little as 70,000 too.
