"no reason for it being a great day" day

a mini revelation I had about those great days you experience and everyone is like "why is it such a good day?" and you have no real explanation why. Its not like you went to Punta Cana for a quick weekend. It was just amazing without reason.

I love that you live in Costa Rica! I just read a whole book on Costa Rica because I have this vision of one day living there for a while. I was so inspired by what I read - Costa Rica is such an amazing country! (and you have Salsa Lizano too!)

hi, i just watched your video, and i had a "great day" day too, and it was so normal, i just stayed at home with my mom and we made pizza, i think that is just having a healthy way of thinking about life that makes you feel so good for no particular reason, like if i go out and the sky is blue and there's butterflies and my dog smells the flowers and i think, that's so cute, and i enjoy the moment, the simple little things of life :).
