there were some mistakes here and there but it is the first person i've seen to have played the song at the right speed...the rest were always too fast

This is really... bad. =\
He hits a lot of wrong notes, misses a couple of grace note-like passages, and his tempo is all over the place.
Maybe it's the piano (sounds out of tune) and the recording devices... But this is definitely not one of the better versions of this piece on YouTube.
