Ubi Caritas (Taize)

Ubi caritas et amor - where there is charity & love
Deus ibi est- God is certainly (always/ever) there.

We'll be singing this during the preparation of the gifts at mass on March 6, when Queens South Cluster #5 gets together at St. Nicholas of Tolentine. Our parish will be singing this on Holy Thursday as well. Its a very simple Taize ostinato.

Each choral part is independently melodic, so you can have lots of fun learning all the parts, wake up at 3am to get a glass of milk with the tenor line stuck in your head.
(This actually happens to me when I'm trying to put my contact lenses on or style my hair.)
