@groovylocks many people who are victimized in childhood do not become killers.. they become victims of abusers. They tend to choose partners that perpetuate the cycle of abuse. It's what they know. It's a pattern they can identify and recognize. Still others choose no one and become isolated and lonely.

Don't fucking tell me trauma leaves most of us "normal" unless you add the addendum "What is normal anyway?"

"we have traumatizing events in childhood and most of us grow up perfectly normal people" This is actually quite inaccurate. Most people who grow up with relative trauma tend to be... well a bit fucked up. But most people will turn in on themselves. Abuse themselves. Harm themselves. Things like addiction, self mutilation, and even SELF-murder (known as "suicide") are quite common. Still others become bullies, abusers and generally dickish people. But most people who have trauma become fucked.

All murders have devils in them which drive them to commit murder. The devil was a murderer from the beginning. It is through sexual abuse as children that devils enter them. This is why there is a psychological change once a child has been abused whether it be physical or mental.
