Here comes another one of our party planning episodes. This time around, we're showing you how to throw the perfect Sunday brunch full of beautiful recipes that are sure to impress!

    Hi Beth, I did my first brunch with my friends,and was awesome,,!!!!!! I need to do it again and I was thinking in Crepes but the most important thing for me is the make ahead idea,, Is it possible to do crepes in advance for a make-ahead brunch??

    Ha! OK Good! I have another one coming up in about 2 weeks! We're throwing a Fondu Party! (Yeah!) OK so refrigerating the scones is key. It firms up the butter, which means your scones will keep their shape, and MOST importantly be flaky and delicious (not to bore you but it has to do with the cold butter creating air pockets in the scones which makes them flaky!) Even if you just do it for 15 mins, that will make a difference!

    Hi Beth!~~ I have a question about the broiled tomatoes: when you put salt on them, and then broil, won't they turn out really watery because the salt leeches the juice out? thanks!!! :)

    Hmmm interesting, but I have not had that experience. If you are still worried you could just broil them, and then add the salt on top after cooking! :) Enjoy!
