On stage in front of 350 Intuit leaders, founder Scott Cook and CEO Brad Smith bestow Intuit's first ever "Founders Innovation Award" to Hugh Molotsi. As a young software developer, Hugh led an internal start-up that created the QuickBooks Merchant Service business. As part of the award Hugh receives one million dollars (half cash bonus and half restricted stock units). 8/30/11
