Anna, W0ANT, is in 5th grade and enjoys amateur radio contesting and DX'ing. Her dad Paul, N0AH, has been on the low bands for years and has put together an effective low band antenna system on a small lot with a lot of help from fellow amateurs. The station recently worked ZL8X on Top Band during 2010 CQWWCW and had over 500 QSO in the ARRL 160M contest earlier this year (2010). We hope our video inspires those of you with small lots to get on the low bands and enjoy those gray line to gray line contacts running 100 watts. Too many hams to thank but special mention to K0RF, K9AY, W0RIC, KD7CPM, and W0KU for his vexing of RFI from our home!!
OK, so our fingers were cold typing America- whoops-

Our reference to the M/S CQ Contest 2010 win for Colorado in the CQWW 160 contest- using the Alpha Delta Sloper- Yes, we know it was the second lowest score in the M/S catagory, and yes, no other Colorado stations entered that catagory, but if you only saw us working all night to get anyone to hear us on the Alpha Delta 30-160M 55 foot sloper, you would understand we are very happy with the certificate! hihi......Thx for all the topband elmering- 73 Paul and Anna
