i have a question about cars in japan. it is said that when you buy a car, you must also register a parking space for your car (which costs money). but if you have a house with a car port or a garage, would you still need to register a parking space?

That was my experience too (cars clean and trucks/buses with gleaming chrome and shiny wheels). Impressive.

I examine replacement by purchase when it breaks down even a little.
