Sorry, but this would've been 100% more effective, if you had 2 REAL people showing us exactly what to do. For example, when you say to "massage with spiral motions", what fingers do we use for that? For how long? How much pressure? What point do we stop at? Do we use creams or oils? How big are the spirals? Do we move our fingers back and forth, up or down, or what? If you actually had someone doing it to someone else and you were filming that, then we would know the details of this.
