I think Universal had a major FacePalm moment once they realized they closed down the ride. I like the Simpsons ride, but this was much better, IMO

or maybe a movie with docs kids finding the time traviling train...i can always go on this ride cause i bought the bttf part 1 movie and it includes this ride as a bonus disk

no. according to the storyline, the 8 passenger delorean prototype (which was the ride vehicle) was controlled by Doc with a modified RC controller

i guess that must be with the times. today's generation prefer current things now such as the simpsons, and as for Back to the Future's future franchise wise, i don't know what's in store unless they make a CGI-style movie.
