One I can think of right now is if you complete all the "ll Viaggio Grande" races you unlock all the houses in the game. They are very long races though one of them where you race round the whole island, but there are only 3 of these races.

Thanks, and no I don't live in Canada, I live in Britain, but I'm just up quite early. I did finish the whole game and there are some tips I can try give to help make finishing the game easier.
