i heard they can sue you...but i dont think they are gonna sue people because there are so many people that got videos taked down and it would just cost a lot of money to them...but im scared anyway :D

I got a beatles vid taken down as well. Mine was a preview where I took my favorites songs in 15/20 second increments so it wasn't even the whole song and I sang over the top of them. So I guess I don't see the point of taking them down. If anything its free advertising! No one is making money from these vids? If someone wanted the songs for free they can just type in a song name and get the original recording straight from youtube so I don't think its that? No more beatles vids for me.
