the african culture refused to die in the caribbean.the slaves kept it alive and kicking.i'm not entirely african but i'm from the caribbean and grew up hand in hand with the african religions in p.r. santeria,palo,voodoo,folk spiritualism,i'm so proud of my african,taino and spanish heritage.
