Student short film created as HSC major work.
Essentially, the film sees the exploration into the mind of a girl suffering a catastrophic, trauma induced mental illness, catalysed by the inherent feelings of guilt after the manslaughter of her younger sister. The film is fundamentally a reflection on how the enigmatic girl came to be as she is, and due to the contextual vessel of the human mind, the conundrum of reality and perception is also delved into.
Idea recieved an Honorable Mention in the Dungog Film Festival's Oovie Student Film Project.
Written, acted, directed and produced by Grace Bailey-Rodick.
