  • I hear you Iyanla If you read this I was on your TV show and would love to connect with you. sunsetskincare@yahoo.com

  • i feel u, but forgiveness is not about saying it was ok or that they were right, it's about saying u will not be bound by that thing anymore & release them to God to take care of them however he sees fit. u are then free to live & recieve from God otherwise u truly are stifled from fully recieving when u don't forgive. And forgiveness don't mean u wanna speak, hold hands, or go out to lunch with them either, u forgive & u go on your way & let them go theirs

  • This is so TRUE! No more blame. We have been given with so much gifts from the Universe in this new energy.

Thank you for posting this empowering message.

    Namaste,

    Oribel

  • So enlightening!! Awesome!

  • Thank you for posting the video. Peace.

  • Yes black man and black woman have a lot of spiritual healing to do. And black man should never be held to the standards of other men. Yet, I find that black woman has loved the black man instrinsically, demanding far less than other women, and still black woman has not had a great and serious discourse yet, not in this history about her history. A black woman's laugh/smile is often her tears! that she mask to keep it together, not her illumination of " strong black woman." We need the soup!

  • Sometimes I think it is the history of being told to forgive that is hurting us. Because there is a natural part of us that "know" that some of these wrongs are great injustices. When the injustice is not set right, or the person punished, our spirit is aware of this and we insult the spirit by asking self to forgive great injustices. I do not know too many mothers' that forgive an individual for rape, etc. Our family business and white politics, science, and injustice is two different things.

  • wow, that is true. thank you.

  • "We have to stop holding black men to standards that have nothing to do with who they are." Sisters need to have that phrase tattooed on their eyelids!! LOL

  • ur welcome...
