Hi! Sorry this is later than expected...computer issues. But here we go! Last time, we saw that Kevin wanted to ask his mom something about Kat...what could it be!? Read on!

Mrs. Jonas: What?
Kevin: I was wondering if...if it was possible for me to...
Mrs. Jonas: *grabs his shoulders and shakes him a little* Just tell me, honey. It's fine.
Kevin: If I could drive her up to the mountain house...by myself. *starts talking really fast* I know it's a lot of work but I think I can handle it, I'll make sure nothing breaks and I'll pay for all the food! We'll always lock up if we leave and we won't let any strange animals in! I promise that if something spills I'll clean it! Or breaks I'll fix it! Or take i--
Mrs. Jonas: *shakes him again* KEVIN! Of course you can take her up
Kevin: Really!? Alone!? Really!?
Mrs. Jonas: *laughs* Yes, really. Yes, alone. Yes, really.
Kevin: THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!! *hugs his mom then sits down just as Nick and Joe walked down the stairs*
Mrs. Jonas: Morning boys *starts up the burners to cook the eggs*
Joe: *rubs his eyes, he's still really tired* Hi...
Nick: *scratches his head, he is too* Hey...
Mrs. Jonas: Late night partying?
Joe: *sits at the breakfast bar next to Kevin and puts his head down* Yeah, sure...if you say so...*yawns*
Kevin: *being very hyper*
Nick: *trying hard to keep his head up and eyes open* Why are you so hyper, Kevin?
Joe: *still lying down on the counter* Yeah...*yawn* you're usually less active
Kevin: I just found out some GREAT news!
Nick: Like what?
Kevin: Mom just told me I could drive Kat up to the mountain house *pauses then finds a way to make it sound better* *grins* Alone.
Joe and Nick: *both their heads snap up to shoot daggers at Kevin*
Joe: WHAT!?
Nick: WHY!?
Mrs. Jonas: Guys, chill. He asked me when he woke up this morning
Nick: Well that's not fair!!
Joe: Yeah! You never let me take Regina anywhere alone! ESPECIALLY there!
Nick: Or Aly!
Mrs. Jonas: You don't ask! What am I supposed to say? 'No, Kevin. Your brothers don't think it's fair.'?
Nick and Joe: EXACTLY!
Mrs. Jonas: *gets the eggs off the stove and onto their plates when they moan*
Kevin: *sitting there, enjoying every second of it*
*at Kat's house*
Kat: *eating pancakes*
Mrs. Calina: *shouts down the stairs* KAT! WHAT TIME DOES OPERA COME ON!?
Kat: *mouth full* I don't know!
Mrs. Calina: CHECK THE GUIDE!
Kat: *rolls her eyes and checks* 3:00!
Mrs. Calina: THANK YOU!
Kat: No problem! *mumbles* Mom and her Opera...gosh. *walks over, with her pancakes, to the kitchen table where she had her laptop set up. She turned it on then signed onto aim. An IM box popped up shortly after*
kevjonas: hey, kat ;)
kittykat: hiya, kev! watcha doin?
kevjonas: chillin. i hav major news for you
kittykat: oooo! do tell!
kevjonas: haha, i need to set up video chat first.
kittykat: it's that big?
kevjonas: yes. and i want to see your pretty face when i tell you
kittykat: :D
kevjonas has sent kittykat a video chat invitation. does kittykat accept or decline?
*Kat clicks accept, then the screen turns on and she sees Kevin*
Kevin: Hey!
Kat: Hi, Kev! Now, whats that big news of yours? *giggles*
Kevin: *laughs* Okay, first I need to know something. How good are you at snow tubing, snowboarding, and skiing?
Kat: *confused* All...except skiing...why?
Kevin: Well I'll teach you when I drive you up to my parents' mountain house this weekend, just the two of us!
Kat: *screams* NO WAY!
Kevin: Yes!
Kat: *gets out of her chair and jumps up and down out of excitement*
Kevin: *laughing*
Kevin's POV:
I'm so glad she's happy. I still can't believe I get to take her up there alone! This is going to be awesome! Then Nick and Joe walked up behind me.
"Hey guys," I said.
Joe: Hello, KEVIN.
Nick: Yes, HELLO.
Their still mad. Oh well, they'll get their chance. They sat down
Joe: So, KEVIN. What are you doing?
"Video chatting with Kat."
Nick: Sounds fun. *looks at the screen and sees that Kat was still jumping* I'm assuming you told her?
"Yep." I smiled. "She's really excited."
The all of a sudden we heard a thud. It didn't come from inside my house...but from the computer. We jumped then quickly looked at the screen and saw that Kat was no longer in our line of vision. Crap.
