Michael is actually a decent person when he interacts with people individually, but he is an annoying asshole who tries too hard to draw attention to himself when he is around a lot of people. Michael only hates Toby because technically, he is above him in the office.

honestly i would feel so bad for toby if paul weren't one of the the writers for the office lol. thats the only thing that makes me not want to kill michael half the time

Amazing video!!! Toby really is the most underrated person in the office. Not to many people seem to know that Toby is a down to earth, easygoing, and nice guy. Michael doesn't even treat him like a human being. Toby really does have a hard life, and I do feel bad for him.
