yes both strut bars and the engine cover was removed. the secondary black strut bar is resting on the rubber finishers on the heat sheilds

Those intakes come standard on Nismo Z's, so he probably didn't install them.

Does the strut bar stay in place not being screwed? How much work is involved? And also, what difference did you notice when you installed the intakes. How does that car handle?

when you installed those intakes did you have to remove any of the extra bracing by the intakes to intall the nismo ones? It almost seems like in pictures the bracing is screwed on to the stock intakes.
