im around 75 kg's .. and people often get amazed how long i can dance without breaks, well i drink water in small dosis so it dosent hurt my kidney... when im trainin' i push myself to the limit and improve a little bit every time! Maybe you should go oldschool shuffle/t shuffle... Running man if not done perfect costs alot of energy
