speeding doesnt kill. being unaware of your surroundings and going outside the limits of the environment kill...... but that has nothing to do with legalities and rules.... a smart driver pays attention to their environment and takes the signs with a grain of salt...

- if you come upon a stop sign and you have a good line of sight and you know its safe do you still stop? if so your a tool.

@jsmythib thats not common sense at all? The fact that they make you pay a fine is punishment to you. Its like assaulting someone, in that case you would do jail time, but in the case of speeding in paying a fine. Just like parking tickets. Pick your battles against your government, this is not one of them.

@jsmythib Yes, speeding kills. If you are going 100 and crash, way more likely to die then 50 and crash. Also there is a higher percent that you will crash in a higher speed.
