  • good video

  • @neogardener no. vegetable plants such as peppers, tomatoes, peas, green beans have what are called perfect flowers, the flowers contain male and female parts, therefor the self-pollenate. other vegetables such as zucchini, have 2 different types of flowers, male and female, male flowers are usually the first to bloom and are long and skinny, while the female flowers grow the squash behind them, to pollenate, personally I cut out the center of the male flower and drop it into the female flower.

  • Thank you for the video. I still have not been successful but will keep on trying.

  • Thanks for all the info you shared. Just a quick question though, does that pollination process that you demonstrated in the video apply to all vegetables and fruits? I am just wondering if there is another way to pollinate vegetables and fruits. Thanks.

  • hello there, can we also pollinate strawberries at home the same way you have pollinated the peppers and tomatos, just by shaking them?
