1949: A Sign of the Times

On Wednesday I says to Adam Bertocci I says, "I've got this notion for a little newsreel thingy, from the 40's see?" Thursday he sends me pages for the picture from his wireless teletype machine. On Friday put it to film, and here we are together on Friday night, looking at it. Heavens.

This is three days worth of thought, and one day worth of makin.'
