Demo of my 1st self-built cigar box guitar for cigarboxnation.com.
A very simple build using odd parts from my garage along with 3 tuners donated by my friend Wiggs the artist.
Uses a couple of internal piezzos, wired in series and muffled but the box still picks up every scratch and scrape.

I start with little bit of something like 'Hard Time Killing Floor Blues', by Skip James. Then I up the tempo with the aid of my RC-2 loop station drum preset...

Apologies for the knocks, wobbly timing, noises and poor video quality - and for the face-pulling.

  • Jeff - I'm using a Zoom player 2100 multi FX and an Epiphone valve special amp. I'm also using a Boss RC-2 loop station pedal for the drum loop.
