I absolutely love the Okanagan. Everything about it. First time I ever went there I fell inlove with the area immediately. I actually plan to move out there.

We flew into Calgary and drove over the mountains (great drive) to Kelowna up along the lake and to Vernon area to see the Icelandic horses few years back. It is a picture postcard area and was surprisingly warm in the summer. Can do trail riding at Fitjamyri Icelandic farm. So glad for you to be showing the Peruvian Pasos and Icelandics!! Both not too common, but great breeds.
What a great place you get to live!

At the end of the road about 8 minutes past Ashton, which is on the way to Mabel Lake! It is so beautiful there. I love this horses.
