DELL TOUCHPAD SCROLLING PROBLEM FIX !!

I called dell and told them about my problem, even though it took a good hour on the phone for the guy to tell me how to fix it, it was worth the wait..

Thanks dude, been struggling with this problem for a long time. Damn touchpad has a hair trigger when I don't intend to use it, and won't work when I intend to use it... frustrating, but thanks for the fix.

@pandas1527 go to controll panel then to where it says appereince and personilization and click where it says change resolution

thanks this problem drove me nuts on my school laptop and on my personal laptop to no end at one time it clicked on a malware link
