2003 ALCS Game 4 - Yankees v. Red Sox

Here's some old footage from the days before you saw attractive girls with pink Sox hats and green Schilling unis all over the East Coast (and parts of California). Highlights include when the crowd segues seamlessly from a "Nelson sucks!" chant (right after that famous bullpen incident) to Sweet Caroline and when Felix Heredia gets booed for plunking Todd Walker with a pitch. Of course, all this Sox euphoria would come to an abrupt halt about a week later with the Aaron "Bleeping" Boone/Grady "Bleeping" Little incident, but thankfully we don't have to get into that whole business anymore.

Sox have only been selling out since the world series (in fact, thats when their streak of sell outs started)... also, its not even impressive to sell out that little park. regardless, there are way more bandwagon red sox fans since they won.

I hate the Red SOx. I'm a Yankee fan as a matter of fact. I have gotta have respect for the REAL fans. Not the ones that showed up after 04. They can't deny that they got so many fans after that. I used to go to Fenway park in the 90's with ease. I have respect for the Sox fans that showed up.
