My wife Ann and I made a holy pilgrimage to Vasquez Rocks, CA during our cross country honeymoon back in 2000. This is the actual location where they shot the Trek episode, "Arena" back in 1966. Though I didn't intend to actually make a short film while on location - but to only record backround plates for transporter FX sequences, once there I got carried away. Silly clip? Yep. Fully demonstrating the geek in me? Without a doubt. Hey, we had a fun afternoon throwing on costumes and making this short film. What the hell ...
Great job! This looked fun to make. I hope you make more.

So as Scotty, Uhura and a lot of red shirt women from Star Trek TOS. Absolutely against tha basic Star Trek rule that no red shirt guy can survive an episode xD

Any excuse to get the wife into sexy boots. Haha.

Your wife was a "Red Shirt" and survived... Amazing!

OMG! You wantonly killed a Gorn for no reason!
Lotta' fun though! I just watched "Of Gods and Men" today and started thinking up my own silly ideas for a fan movie. It's just too bad I live a 3 hour flight from LA!
Anyways, it looks like you guys had an awesome honeymoon. Nothing says love like phasers on stun!

Neat little episode!

Freaking cute. Although that's very cool to visit, our ultimate geek destination would have been New Zealand (or possibly Oahu for Lost).
Instead, we just went to Hannibal, MO and had a lit nerd honeymoon.

Excellent bit of film, you even managed to beat the Gorn by working together. (It's a good thing those pesky Metron's weren't around!)
