triceps for a bigger arm not biceps !!!! and for a powerful arm forearms and shoulders !!! dont forget to train youre legs to most do upper body and have skinny ass legs!!!

@colombian930 pullups, zohan curls, hammer curls, deadlift, skull crushers, hanging leg raises ect :) most upper body stuff works your forearms :)
