SPOILER ALERT :: If you have not watched episode 10 of 'The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya' and do not want spoilers then you may want to consider not watching this. If you've seen this fantastic episode or just don't care, be my guest.

Anyway: Second YouTube upload, second full-length AMV and my longest yet, this AMV was another combination of two favorites: Same anime as last time, but this time to the music of Coldplay. This video also marks one very big feat - the first AMV to be made in one day (all the other took at least two days). And for this one to be my longest yet, and done in so short a period of time - you can tell I wanted this one finished!

I had always wanted to do a Yuki-centric vid, but I didn't have a good song. So I was listening to random Coldplay songs, looking for an idea for a totally different video and heard 'Twisted Logic'. The line "computers looking for life on Earth" jumped out at me and when I listened to the song over again, I realized how perfect it was.

This is also my first full-length AMV. I have some older vids (which will be online sometime later, I hope) that I had done, but they were to about half-length cuts of the songs. This one is left in its entirety, uncut.

Really only one error here this time, too, so I think I'm improving. But I have to apologize for the subtitles. I can't edit those out. But still, I hope this one is enjoyable.

Once again, I highly recommend you look up 'The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya' if you want a great anime to watch. And, come on - it's Coldplay - I don't need to tell you to check them out.

Heya! I don't know this anime, but I do know the song, and I actually *did* get some sort of message out of it. There is a sort of ethereal quality to it, so to see those two characters (the girls ^^;;) dueling it out like that was very effective. Loved it! Now I'm going to see what "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya" is all about. XD Great job.

I must admit, I usually prefer AMVs without subtitles, especially since they tend to be a sign of poor quality, but this video was fabulous. The song fit really well and I've been looking for a Yuki-centric vid, so thanks :D. It was well done, even with the subtitles. Keep it up!

The whole X and Y album reminded me of outer space for some reason, and this song reminds me of a marvel comic called The Last Galactus Story, where Galactus dies and becomes the next Big Bang.
