  • Bowie would have been nothing without Mick, the guitar sound on the four early classic Bowie albums have never been equaled since. Love ya Mick.

  • never heard of this guy. but how did he die> and he was young too. good tunes... soory dont hate me for never hearing of him. im not a big rock follower!

  • I'm so glad Mick and David got the chance to come together again at Freddies tribute. People talk about Morrissey and Marr, Browne and Squire ect, but Bowie and Ronson were the soundtrack and still continue to be of my life. The most underated and uncredited talent of the last centuary barr none. Lov on ya Mick, and thank you.

  • mick jaggers ronnie wood comes to mind its only a comparison get over it ffs

  • Why don't people like Mick Ronson go on forever? He's been gone a while now but you never get used to it. So many people say he was the best. I can't think of any reason to argue with them? Keith Richards? Good at what he does but ... not for me ... Ron Wood? I like him but ..... no. Jeff Beck? Obviously brilliant but ... no. Mick Ronson was a one off and the real deal.

  • Bowie did not go to Mick's memorial. And, he's not here either. I don't get it. Anyway, today is Mick's birthday. Rock on in heaven Mick. ("Colour Me" - Wow, somebody outta pick it up for a movie theme....it would be fabulous)

  • sadly to say the last time i spoke to him i was begging him to abandon his TELE for

the LES PAUL (i had latter heard this was common banter for him and Ian) musta thought a crash street kid was coming to get'im.

the most poetic rocking player i have seen and heard to date regardless of what guitar he had chosen!... And truly a gentleman to all !!!
