You may not be aware that this is the ONLY avenue open to parents, to be "destructive" as you call it. NZCYFS police themselves, social workers investigate complaints against other social workers, which means NEVER has a social worker been sacked, children die becasue these people put them with child killers, they get promoted. maybe CYFS needs to be constructive.

true, but only after a caring Government admits there is a problem and sets about to fix the evil culture that exists in CYFS. We need that first step before lawyers can really put out the fire, rather than just dealing with the odd hotspot.
