  • I found out last week I have a severe Vit D deficiency. My Dr prescribed 50000IU per week to start with.

    I had no idea I have the deficiency

  • Since I've been taking Vitamin D and A under the form of cod liver oil, I have much less need to sleep. And the funny thing, I don't remember dreaming anymore. Coincidence?

  • I take 15,000 iu a day. I have never felt better since I was very young.

  • I take 10000 IUs a day of Vit D3. I haven't been depressed ever since I started taking it about 2 years ago, and I haven't been sick unless I miss a week of vitamin d3.
