Stereo as shown in this video, is 100% quality what you here as from the speakers but microphone is recording with a mike, to crop the file, highlight it with the mouse and press backspace. For all you people that have trouble, unistall then reinstall it. If that doen't work your probably running vista. try running it in xp or adminstrator
