Filmed soon after Sifu Frantzis returned from China. This is all discussion about the internal arts. Later parts have the action.

  • I may not agree with the way he looks, or the way he does his forms, or his fighting style (to clarify - I have nearly 40 years of martial arts training that includes traditional karate, Muay Thai, jujitsu, Yang Chen Fu Taiji to eclectic MMA), but this man's wisdom is undeniable. He has information that can benefit those who want to learn internal martial arts because he communicates very well, and what he says, I've learned. Look beyond what you see and you will learn alot from him.

  • I'm an acupuncturist and I took a single weekend course from Bruce Kumar Frantzis twenty years ago. And I find I still make use of the knowledge and explainations I pick up that weekend. Today I had a yoga teacher come in with a knee issue and found myself going back to one of his books and thought to look him up online for a video.

  • i have been learning bagua from sifu frantzis's program and i can tell you first hand you get healthy and feel youthfully strong in short order. Were lucky to have sifu frantzis.

  • Thank you the best teacher I ever had.

  • @lokohusky He is of Greek decent.

  • I hope you approve my inane comment!

  • Red China!

  • I totally agree. Having bad teachers just wasting time in personality crash; I had such experience in 2 schools that the almost all the time it was the Masters' students who taught. I learnt the form and then need to pick up the rest, the very precious rest.

  • reminds me of haihachi from tekken haha... amazing person though.

  • I think he is amazing....his hair too.....

  • I really like his speaking voice, it is very clear and he explains concepts really well. We are lucky to have him explain esoteric knowledge that would have been lost.
