This kid's mom and dad have to be so proud that their kid has made it to a worldwide audience this way.
Bravo to the Ohio State Highway Patrol for these kind of arrests. Just look at how professional this trooper acted. Not once did he even crack a smile.
This is what makes OSP one of, if not the leader in drunk driving arrests.

@BreakthroughFilms You can pay any lawyer and drop any charge, Money is your easy ticket out isn't it. Money might fix a ticket. But no amount of money on this planet will fix the fact that you're stupid.

one good cop A++++

@p1harw66 drinking age is different here in Canada the age is mostly 19 except Alberta and Quebec which it is then 18. But I agree I am going to school right now to become a police officer and drinking and driving should not happen anywhere, ever.

@couponsaver36 HA have you lost your mind?? Drunk Driving laws are not strict enough!!!! No one has the right to drink and drive and put innocent lives in danger, if you wanna kill yourself that's fine but you have NO right to take an innocent persons life. That's why I believe If you are arrested for drinking and driving and you are well over the limit you should automatically be sentenced to 1 year in prison and have your license revoked for 2 years.

@BreakthroughFilms Actually you'd never be able to afford a lawyer to begin with and if they have physical evidence, breathalyzer etc. your gonna go to jail and pay fines even if you had johnny cochran as your lawyer haha

@couponsaver36 you are a fucking idiot. drunk driving laws can't be too strict. You should simply never fucking do it, there is no excuse for it, at all.
Depends on what jurisdiction your in. In some places, you'd definitely face a penalty for driving drunk. The laws are this strict for a reason....to keep people from doing stuff like this and killing others

Actually I'm underage (20) and I've been drinking and driving for years heck I can just pay a good lawyer to get be out of it if I get pulled over. Theres nothing wrong with "underage" drinking. Underage in the U.S. isn't the same as it was a few years ago (18 legal age) or how it is in every other country.

@BreakthroughFilms In my state (Michigan) you would get your sweet ass thrown in jail, even for a first offense. If you refuse a breathalyzer when requested by the cop, your license gets suspended right there at the scene. And you would have to pay $1,500 to the state government for three years upon getting your license back once your license is restored. Drinking and driving is a no-no anywhere in the USA and Canada.
