@warwatcher91 Thats exactly right. I was 12 years in 45 commando, Arbroath Scotland, and to be honest I get really tired of eejits on youtube making comments about something they actually know nothing about. One thing I will say is the Yanks (sorry lads) are much better funded than we are, but in a way its sometimes better to make do with what you have, so the SAS are better trained.

Zip up your pants and stop trying to compare whom has the biggest cock.

@superhornet69 What ever! Respect to all SF. However, I simply state again, the UKSF (SAS/SBS) were and remaon the guiding light that all SF emulated. I don`t want t get into a silly slanging match of who is better, I will never know about the training regiem of SEALS, and only know about UKSF from TV and actually spending the day wuth the SBS once. Bye bye.

@8corporal You obviously know jack shit about the operational tempo and mind-boggling demands of SEAL Team 6. There is simply no other SF regimen on the planet that comes close to what our guys undergo on a daily basis, even in training. There is a plethora of information out there. Go read up and educate yourself before you go posting out of your ass on here. And by the way, thank you for your service to freedom and liberty and God save the Queen...now carry on.

@superhornet69 And you know this by.........Discovery Channel? I spent 20 years in the UK military. However, I can not speak for the credibility of UKSF in comparison to USSF or any SF for that matter because I do not need to know such info`. However, from the things I did see fro time to time, I don`t need `Discovery Channel` to tell me that UKSF were the blueprint for all SOPs for SF world wide today. It`s really as simple as that !

Damn it don't argue about who is better. They're all in the same business.

@s10096209 ...Well I agree that SAS and SEAL Team 6 are both awesome in their own right. However, one other source you should look into is a book called, "Warrior Soul" by Chuck Pfarrer, who was a member of Team 6. He tells it like it is without trying to impress anyone. I have read a lot about the SAS but I can honestly say that the operational and training tempo of Team 6 is beyond the pale even by special forces standards. I believe this puts them at the very tip of the spear.

@superhornet69 I haven't watched that, but you do realise that bias plays a great part in these documentaries right? There's no point in saying which spec ops group is the best because there's no official standard by which you can judge them. Only stories. Many of which can't be verified.
