Well just last night...our gym had a sleepover and we had a pile of training! We also got some free time so i decided to make this video to show you's what i did :)
It feels weird saying this but 'I can now do a double front somersault', although it is into the foam pit lol, so not a landed one. Sorry about the really really bad mini bar routine at the end, i was having a bit of fun at that bit and its quite obvious i need alot of practise as i am crap at bars. My beam is also not the best but i feel my tumbling has good potential ;) hehehe.
Let me know what you's think and any tips or suggestions that you just wanna say, feel free :) I dont mind bad comments.. because then it teaches me not to do that or improve that or yes im crap at that.. lol :)
