Suspension seems to plant initially, then looses control..try changing the shock settings first. Try a 70/30 for the rear and work from there.

Track looks very loose. Cold , night time. Clutch is hitting way too hard, it's hammering the tires on the launch then pulling the engine down to almost stall when it finally hooks. Call Advanced Clutches for a "slipper" clutch set up. Rear shocks need to be tightened up on rebound to keep the tire planted.

lets assume a 500lb (S) spring, that is 9 inches (U) when uncompressed and 6.5 (L) under load. Paired with a shock that has 4.25 (T) inch of travel 4.25*.6=2.55
(U-L)*S/T (9-6.5)*500/2.55= 490lb

if i can gues, meybe the shocks? makes the car "jump" some weaird way. i'am just 17 years old, so :P but my option the shocks.
he may need different springs in the rear also. a drag racing spring should be set up 40/60, 40 for shock compression 60 for shock rebound, the extra extention will help with front to rear weight transfer.

@MrAnticrime He had it set to 90/10 (90 going in, 10 going out) and I think that is too violent. I told him to try 50/50 to start with then adjust it 1 step at a time.

Static solution:
I think he should add preload to the right rear to help cancel and driveshaft torque
Dynamic solution:
get adjustable shocks, lowering the spring rate in the front left shock will increase the amount of lift it gets, in turn it will put the right rear down harder I dont have sound so i can't hear what RPM he is launching at

@MrAnticrime His 2 step is set to 4200 RPM. I was also thinking that he needs more preload on the right side - you can see the right tire not coming down as much as the left tire. He has 9 way adjustible shocks.
