@iroxi That's my point. The nature of the rules makes taking shots fairly easy once the ball gets to a shooter's hands.

@didgeboy287 it is actually VERY hard to defend at the net. the defender must be 3 feet away from the shooter, and the defender cannot contact or hit the ball away from the shooter.

It seems like there's little to no defense AT the net. I get that there's lots of passing and such to get the ball to the net, but when a shooter gets the ball she doesn't have much trouble putting the ball up.

wait, so like um if you block the ball of the opponent... you do what basketball players do...pass the ball to the home court?...wait can you steal the ball?

@driftboy23 well its a non contact sport... you arent allowed to step.. you can take one step, but you have to put a foot up... yeah, you can only hold the ball for 3 seconds... you are allocated to positions, and each position has boundaries where it can and can't go... and if you're defending, you have to stand at least 3 feet away from the person with the ball.

@ItsTracyBRO But this is obviously not like basketball? What are the other rules? Are there limits in how many steps you are allowed? Is there a time limit for each player to hold the ball?

@driftboy23 7 players .. the aim is obviously to get the ball into the hoop more than the opposition....
