For this I use the racingpost website. Click CARDS, then look for races with no more than 8 runners, then read the analysis. For the race in the video the verdict said it was going to be between 2 horses: Beatrice Aurore and Imperial Pippin, so I went to Betfair and placed the Dutch.
I do this during the Flat Season (May-Oct) and my strike rate is between 70-75%.
Note: Avoid very low-priced horses as winnings should at least equal your stake.
