This is a very well done trailer.. I was surprised about the lack of views and comments too, until I saw the tags. I'm guessing there are less people searching for "real estate profit sharing" on youtube than there are people looking for "funny movie trailers".
A simple change in the keyword tags would probably net you a lot more views.
But great video none the less. :)
