Tom Cruise named in lawsuit under the RICO act! lol!

it would seem tom cruise and some top officials of the church of scientology have been named in a 250million dollar lawsuit accusing them of coruption under the RICO act which stands for Rackateering Influenced and Corupt organization act. this is in regards to a dispute between CoS and Peter Letterese over the book Effective Sales Closing Techniques which was written by Leslie Dane.

Letteresse claims to own the copyright to the book which the church uses in it's teachings

how sad for the church that their good name is in the same sentance as RICO all through out the media today. I'm sure their not happy about that. nor would they be happy about the US government taking a look at their books.

it would seem this court case could go any which way. they may win, or they may not. but one thing seems to be certain, pandoras box has been opened, and this is a major foot in the door for federal authorities to finally expose this organization for its corruption and abuse.

for those who protect the top execs of the RTC, now would be a good time to rethink your position. it's not too late to get out. I'm sure you know by now they would have no problem throwing you under the bus to save their own hides.

Ya I have been wondering were the FBI has been in all of this....especially in concern with ppl at Goldbase. $cientology keeps ppl from voting when in the RPF, and only a felony record can keep an American citzen from voting.
