  • Josh, I don't know if you are still the CEO, but I was wondering if you know how bad your customer service is. I have trying to purchase a calling plan that suits my calling needs, only to be frustrated by customer service reps. that don't understand or answer your questions.

    However, I agree with kaw3659 YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED - I MEAN WORSE THAN APPLE, DELL, ETC......

    I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A SIMPLE QUESTION ANSWERED FOR TWO WEEKS AND I KEEP BEING SENT A STANDARD RESPONSE TELLING ME TO DO SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T WORK - IS THIS PERSON A MORON? 

    YOU GUYS ARE MAKING A LOT OF MONEY.

    GIVE US SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE.

  • I am very disappointed with Skype as the customers service it does not exist, have spent two lots of money trying to re-establish my account and you cannot plan a commercial campaign with any support from Skype. I have contacted Skype marketing team to be told their is not even a phone number i can call for support my Skype name is kirkw1
